JumpIn has no accounts, no server and no analytics. We do not collect your personal data, because there is nowhere for it to go.
Nothing. JumpIn has no backend. We operate no server that receives data from the app, and we cannot see what you search for, what you save, or what you open.
Your chosen services, region and display preferences are stored on the Apple TV. An optional record of which deep links succeeded can be enabled in Settings; it is off by default, never transmitted, and can be cleared at any time.
Your watchlist is stored in your own private iCloud database, under your Apple Account, governed by Apple’s privacy policy. We have no access to it. You can erase it from Settings → Your Data → Delete All iCloud Data.
JumpIn requests film and series data from TMDB. Those requests contain your search terms and your region, and are subject to TMDB’s privacy policy. No identifier of you is attached. Apple’s App Store and iCloud are used for purchase and sync respectively, under Apple’s policies.
None. No advertising, no analytics SDK, no tracking, no IDFA, and therefore no App Tracking Transparency prompt. We do not sell or share data, because we do not have any.
JumpIn is not directed at children and collects no data from anyone. Adult content is excluded from search results.
If this policy changes, the date above changes with it. Questions: [email protected].
