This is the problem we most want to hear about. Streaming apps change their URL schemes without notice, and when one stops working JumpIn falls back to simply opening the app rather than failing loudly.
To help us fix it: open Settings → Your Data and turn on Record deep-link results on this device, reproduce the problem, then email us what the log shows along with the service name and your country. The log never leaves your Apple TV unless you send it.
JumpIn stores the watchlist in your private iCloud database, so the Apple TV must be signed into iCloud and both devices must use the same Apple Account. Use Refresh from iCloud on the Watchlist screen to force a fetch. If iCloud is unavailable the watchlist still works, it just stays on that device.
Availability comes from TMDB and is specific to a country. Check your region in Settings → Region. If a title is streaming somewhere but not in your region, JumpIn says so rather than pretending it is unavailable everywhere.
Turn on Settings → Appearance → Reduce motion and effects. It removes the full-screen artwork, shadows and animation rather than merely dimming them, which makes a real difference on the 2017–2021 Apple TV models.
Settings → Your Data → Delete All iCloud Data permanently removes your watchlist from iCloud and from every Apple TV signed into your account. We hold nothing, so there is nothing for us to delete on our side.
